Academics: All active members are held to a rigorous academic standard.

No Hazing: One of the cornerstones of our organization is our stance against hazing of all kinds.

Equality in Brotherhood: All are full and complete members from the moment they accept a bid to the day that they graduate, and remain brothers for life.

Unity through Diversity: There is no one word that describes the entire organization. An O-Phi is found, not made.
Foundation
Omega Phi was founded in 1979 by merging two Trinity IM teams. Many of the club traditions and standards that were created in the 80s and 90s still exist today, such as an affinity for both IM Competition and Academic Excellence.
Refounding
In 2011, Omega Phi was re-founded with all of its long-standing values, and an adamant stance against hazing. Since refounding, we have surpassed the competition in IM competition, Greek Standards, and academics.
